And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God… – Deut 28:2
On this side of the Cross – in New Covenant life – obedience to God is defined as accepting the finished work of the Cross. If you have repented of your sins and confessed your faith in Jesus Christ, all the blessings outlined in Deuteronomy 28 apply to you:
- Biblical Increase
- Provision for You and Your Family
- Debt-Free Financial Prosperity
- Wisdom: A Discerning Heart
- Physical Protection from Your Enemies
- Favor in Your Place of Business
- Overflow of Heavenly Resources
- Direction & Purpose in Life
- Right Standing with God
- Significance Apart from Performance
- Eternal Reward in Heaven
God is a Good God. He wants good things for you. The only way the enemy can steal the blessings God intends for us, is if we give up the right to receive them. Put your faith in Jesus Christ, and be blessed!
Prayer:
Father, thank You for Your abundant provision. Thank You for the blessings You shower on me in every area of my life! You are good. I love You because You loved me first!
