Commentary from Pastor Michael White:
Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?” – Gen. 3:1

The first thing Satan will try to do is question what God has told you. God told Adam and Eve exactly what to do, and how to be blessed; but Satan immediately questioned what God had said!

What has God spoken to you? What has He promised He will do in your life? Whom has He promised you will become? And do you really think it’s any coincidence that whenever it’s time to take a bold step forward towards your destiny, you experience nagging thoughts that cause you to question the call of God over your life? That’s the enemy saying, “Has God indeed said,” just as he did to Eve!

Forget the enemy. Trust God’s Word! If God has said it, it is true! And that is all that matters. God will do everything He has promised to do in your life. Believe it, in Jesus’ name!

Father, thank You for my divine destiny. Help me to step into my destiny with confidence and bold faith. I refuse to allow the enemy to sow seeds of doubt into my life, in Jesus’ name!
